But in an astonishing move by promoters of her upcoming film The Heat, the comedian’s face has been dramatically slimmed down for a new poster.
The 42-year-old has been rendered almost unrecognizable in a UK advertisement for the movie, which also stars Sandra Bullock.

Heavy-handed Photoshopping around the neck and chin dramatically changed the look of her famous face in the campaign.
While The Heat’s American poster opts for a more stylized look, she also appears to have been digitally trimmed down.
The Hollywood favourite, whose film credits include Bridesmaids, Identity Thief and The Hangover 3, has previously said she doesn’t worry about her size.

The star, who has two daughters Vivian, five, and two-year-old Georgette with her husband actor Ben Falcone, plays tennis and does Pilates to keep fit and leads an active lifestyle.
‘I am weirdly healthy, so I don’t beat myself up about it – it wouldn’t help, and I don’t want to pass that on to my girls,’ she told the U.S. edition of Good Housekeeping in November.
‘I don’t really know why I’m not thinner than I am,’ she said. ‘I don’t really drink soda; I don’t have a sweet tooth, and we eat healthfully at home.’
